Blog Post 2 and 3

2)Paradox-A paradox is like an oxymoron, because it contradicts it self.
Catch 22-A catch is a lose-lose situation, meaning either way you will lose something.

3) In the first story he says that the self-educated think too much of education. However, if a person is self edcuated why would they think so much of education. The paradox is we can be great without education, but the way society is education is what's needed to succeed. This is because many people think very highly of education, and those are the self-educated or the teachings of the self-educated and half-educated that leave almost everything to education.

In the second story he says that we complain about how overbearing the government may seem. However, we want to spread our way of government throughout the world. Also, we claim to have the best government as we complain about how much money is wasted upon many different things. This is an oxymoron of the American people. Such as eating too much when we can, or drinking too much when we can, as well as being complacent in our lives but wanting more for ourselves as well as the next generation.
